Refund Policy

All purchases of strategy calls and consulting sessions with Accelerate Change, LLC are non-refundable.

When you schedule and pay for a strategy call, you are reserving dedicated time on the calendar and that time is held specifically for you. Because of this, no refunds are offered if you decide to cancel, reschedule, or do not attend your call.

The only exception is if Accelerate Change, LLC cancels the strategy call and is unable to offer you a reasonable rescheduled time. In that case, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled session.
