After 12 years in the nonprofit sector and a decade leading fundraising strategy, I founded Accelerate Change to help mission-driven organizations grow with clarity and confidence.

I have secured multimillion-dollar foundation and government grants and led diversified revenue strategies designed for long-term sustainability. I partner with CEOs and boards to move organizations from reactive fundraising to strategic, data-informed growth.
