Accelerate Change was founded in 2023 out of a deep commitment to social justice—and a clear recognition of a critical gap. Across the region, nonprofits were doing powerful, necessary work, but many lacked the development leadership and strategic infrastructure needed to sustain and grow that impact. Dedicated teams were stretched thin, fundraising efforts felt reactive instead of intentional, and opportunities for long-term support were being missed.
